[Deferred from February 13, 2020] (Housing) Recommendation: Accept an update on the work to create the next Five-Year Consolidated Plan, which will govern the use of federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from 2020 through 2025 and provide feedback on the recommended priorities.
