1. CC 20-050 Draft Five-Year Consolidated Plan 2020-2025 funding priorities.
[Deferred from February 13, 2020] (Housing)
Recommendation: Accept an update on the work to create the next Five-Year
Consolidated Plan, which will govern the use of federal funding from
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from
2020 through 2025 and provide feedback on the recommended
priorities.

2. CC 20-051 Report on Early Education and Update on Council Policy Priority #14
(Childcare and Early Education). (Library / Parks, Recreation and
Neighborhood Services)
Recommendation: Accept the report on the City's efforts to improve access to quality
childcare and early education opportunities, including updates on
implementation of the Early Education Quality Standards
Implementation and Assessment; Council Policy Priority #14 (Childcare
and Early Education/Preschool Facilities); the Workforce Training
Program partnership with work2Future; and the Family Friendly
Initiative.
