1. CC 20-209 FY 2019-2020 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
(Housing)
Recommendation: 1. Accept the report on the progress towards achieving the housing and
community development goals identified in the City's five-year
Consolidated Plan (2015-2020) and the FY 2019-2020 Annual Action
Plan (Housing) regarding the use of federal funds from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
2. Cross-reference this report to the full City Council to be heard at the
December 15, 2020, City Council meeting.
