(Consent Calendar) (Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services) Recommendation: (1) Accept the Neighborhoods Commission Annual Report for FY 2020- 2021 and approve the Neighborhoods Commission Work Plan for FY 2021-2022; (2) Approve the Parks and Recreation Commission Work Plan for FY 2021-2022; and (3) Approve the Senior Citizens Commission Work Plan for FY 2021- 2022.
