1. CC 19-011 Sexual Assaults Education and Training Program. (Police)
Recommendation: 1. Accept a status report on the Sexual Assault Education and Training
Program.
2. Direct staff to provide a final report on the Sexual Assault Education
and Training Program, including an evaluation of the delivery of the
most recent affirmative consent-based curriculum and multiple
age-appropriate classes for middle and high school students, at a date to
be specified in the Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support
Committee (PSFSS) workplan for the period of January-June 2020.

2. CC 19-012 Domestic Violence High Risk Response Team. (Police)
Recommendation: 1. Accept a status report on the Domestic Violence High Risk
Response Team.
2. Direct staff to provide a final report on the impact of the Domestic
Violence High Risk Response Team in the areas of early identification
of high risk cases, engagement of a multi-disciplinary team, ongoing
monitoring and containment of offenders, and victim services as part of
the Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness Annual Report at a
date to be specified in the Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support
Committee workplan for the period of August - December 2019.

Recommendation: Accept the 2018 Annual Report on the Park Ranger Program.

Technology)
Recommendation: Accept a report on whether an online platform for employee travel
would result in more effective travel management and cost savings and
what, if any, budgetary resources would be required for
implementation.

5. CC 19-015 Workers’ Compensation Program Semi-Annual Report. (Human
Resources)
Recommendation: Accept the semi-annual report on the City’s efforts to contain workers’
compensation costs and reduce claims for the Workers’ Compensation
Program by focusing on wellness, health, and safety through the first
half of 2018-2019.

6. CC 19-016 Employee Benefit Fund Administration Audit Report. (City Auditor)
Recommendation: Accept the Employee Benefit Fund Administration Audit; and refer the
Audit to the April 9, 2019 City Council meeting for full adoption.
