NID=759> (c) Revenue Management; (2) Forward recommendation to the City Council for the December 10, 2019 Council Meeting to adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to write-off uncollectible debts in an amount up to $381,357.80; and (3) Refer the First Quarter Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 to the December 10, 2019, City Council Meeting for full adoption. (Police) Recommendation: Accept an annual report on the City’s efforts related to domestic violence prevention and awareness, including information on the impact of the Domestic Violence High Risk Response Team in the areas of: early identification of high risk cases, engagement of a multidisciplinary team, ongoing monitoring and containment of offenders, and victim services.
