(Fire) Recommendation: Defer the following item from the March 19, 2020, Public Safety, Finance, and Strategic Support (PSFSS) Committee agenda to the June 18, 2020, PSFSS Committee agenda: Firefighter Safety Systems in High Rise Buildings (Fire) Purpose: Provide a report on firefighter safety systems in high rise buildings comparing Firefighter Breathing Air Replenishment Systems and fire-rated elevators, including considerations of any changes to the 2019 California Fire Code and/or Fire Department policies, procedures, and equipment. (Finance) Recommendation: (1) Accept the Second Quarter (period ending December 31, 2019) Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 for the following programs: (a) Debt Management (b) Investment Management (c) Revenue Management; and (2) Refer the Second Quarter Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 to the March 10, 2020, City Council Meeting for full adoption.
