(Finance) Recommendation: (1) Accept the First Quarter (period ending September 30, 2020) Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 for the following programs: (a) Debt Management (b) Investment Management (c) Revenue Management (2) Refer the First Quarter Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 to the December 8, 2020, City Council Meeting for acceptance, and (3) Forward recommendation to the City Council for the December 8, 2020 Council Meeting to adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to write-off uncollectible debts in an amount up to $2,779,960.60.
