(Airport) Recommendation: Accept the update on upcoming Master Plan Amendments and Capital Plan for the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport and refer this report to the full City Council for the January 14, 2020 City Council meeting. CC 19-346 Regional Transportation Quarterly Activities Report. (Transportation) Recommendation: Accept the quarterly status report on regional transportation funding, programs, and projects of interest to the City of San Jose involving other regional, state, and federal agencies such as the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (Caltrain), the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), California High Speed Rail Authority, and the State Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Attachments Memorandum Presentation Report 3. CC 19-347 Access and Mobility Plan Update. (Transportation) Recommendation: Accept the report and solicit input on the Access and Mobility Plan, which is designed to realize Envision 2040 General Plan and other adopted policy goals. Attachments Memorandum Presentation 4. CC 19-348 Shared Micro-Mobility Report. (Transportation) Recommendation: Accept the status report on the implementation of the adopted Micro-Mobility regulations, as directed on December 18, 2018 by the City Council.
