CC 19-351 Community Energy Programs Roadmap Update. (Community Energy) Recommendation: Accept the report on the status of San José Clean Energy’s (SJCE) program selection framework and three near-term programs at different phases of planning and implementation, including California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) funded energy efficiency programs, the Disadvantaged Community Green Tariff, and the California Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Project (CALeVIP); direct future updates for both the near-term and future programs as they are developed in further detail; and recommend this item for full Council consideration at a Council meeting in the fall of 2020. (Transportation) Recommendation: Accept the quarterly status report on regional transportation funding, programs, and projects of interest to the City of San José involving other regional, state, and federal agencies such as the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (Caltrain), the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), the California High Speed Rail Authority, and the State Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
