Recommendation: Accept a status report of the City-Generated Tow Services Delivery

Recommendation: Accept a report on major local transportation planning efforts being
implemented in San José, including an update on the West San José
Multi-modal Transportation Improvement Plan. (Transportation)

3. CC 22-125 City Roadmap: Regional Transportation Activities Quarterly Report.
Recommendation: Accept a verbal quarterly report on regional transportation funding,
programs, and projects of interest to the City of San José involving
regional, state, and federal agencies such as the Santa Clara Valley
Transportation Authority (VTA), Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART),
Caltrain, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, California High
Speed Rail Authority, and the State Department of Transportation
(Caltrans), as part of the approved City Roadmap for 2021-2022.

Strategy.
Recommendation: Accept the strategy for acceleration of work in Climate Smart San José
needed to put the City firmly on a path to achieve its carbon neutral
goal by 2030 and recommend this item for full Council consideration at
