Snyder, of Woven Architecture, agent for Blakes Lotaburger, LLC,
applicant requests approval for a Special Use Permit to develop a drive-
through within 200 feet of a residential zone at an established restaurant.
The property is zoned SC-1 (Planned Shopping Center District) and is
