ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 5:40pm, a quorum was present. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. CHS Task Force Minutes 3. COMMUNICATION FROM THE CO-CHAIRS Ms. Sanchez was introduced as the new staff liaison. 4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM STAFF/FACILITATOR Facilitator Ms. Alarcon was approved to continue support through December. Ms. Sanchez did a quick update on hiring staff and provided an update on the UNM contract. 5. PRESENTATIONS a. Findings and Recommendations from the City of Santa Fe Violence Prevention Research and Development Process (Julie Sanchez, Youth and Family Services Division Director; jjsanchez@santafenm.gov and Sophie Andar, EdD, CHES, Independent Consultant) The task force members heard a presentation from Dr. Andar. b. Santa Fe Police Department Workload Assessment/Staffing Study by Matrix Consulting. MATTERS FROM THE TASK FORCE The task force members thanked the presenters and provided brief updates on subcommittee work. No other matters were discussed. 7. NEXT MEETING: Tuesday, August 2, 2022 8.
