District. Gayla Bechtol, agent for Morning Star Gallery, owner, proposes
to construct an addition on west and north elevations. The north
elevation is a primary facade on a contributing building and requests an

District. Non-contributing. Vahid Mojarrab, agent for Kenneth and Miriam
Levin, owners, proposes to add a 680 sq.ft. 13’ 0” tall addition to an
existing 1,363 sq.ft. two-story residence, add two portals totaling 190

Elder Academy, proposes to remodel the Santa Maria building including
non-historic window replacement, window restoration, restore the historic
portal on the south elevation, re-stucco, construct a 4’ high yard wall and

proposes to remodel the San Miguel Building to include window
restoration, door replacement, re-stucco, installation of HVAC and

proposes to remodel the San Juan Building to include door replacement,

of missing window grille, construct 6’ masonry wall, re-stucco and
