EARLY NEIGHBORHOOD NOTIFICATION NOTICE NOVEMBER 15, 2022 5:30 PM ATTEND VIRTUALLY ENN NAME Downtown (Sheridan) Transit Center PROJECT ADDRESS Sheridan Avenue between Palace Avenue and Marcy Street DESCRIPTION Sheridan Transit Center is the downtown hub for pick-up and drop-off for bus riders on both the Santa Fe Trails buses and the RTD bus. It is the drop-off point for individuals that ride the Rail Runner and take the Santa Fe Pick-Up to the plaza area. It is an essential transit location for locals and tourists alike. The need to upgrade the appearance and usability of the transit center was the impetus for applying for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) grant for a redesign of the center. The details of the design are provided in this document.
