Attendance: In response to the State’s declaration of a Public Health Emergency and
the Mayor’s Proclamation of Emergency, the Governing Body meeting will be conducted

Development Plan. James W. Siebert and Associates, Inc., Agent, for
Capital Advantage LLC & ETAL & RPNN Santa Fe, LLC, Owners, requests
preliminary and final development plan approval for a 332-unit multi-family
apartment development at 5300 Las Soleras Drive. The approximately 17.8
acre property is zoned C-2 (General Commercial) and is within the Las
Soleras Master Plan area. (Lee Logston, Case
