1. Call to Order at 5:12 PM
2. Roll Call at 5:13 PM - The meeting was called to order with the following members present:
Andreas Archuleta, Aurore Bleck, Marcos Maez, Colin Messer, Dolores Shapiro, Susan Sheldon and
Valerie Webster. Members Owen Conley and Juan Cucalon, were absent. A quorum was established.
Also in attendance Asa-Luke Twocrow, Carrie Tremblatt, and Nathan Lindquist.
3. Approval of Agenda- At 5:15 pm., Chair Bleck requested that Agenda Item #7 (Discussion Item) be
moved to Agenda Item #5. Susan Sheldon seconded the motion. The motion carried, and the agenda
was approved as amended.
4. Approval of Minutes - At 5:18 p.m., Susan Sheldon moved to approve the minutes with expanded
wording regarding GTFS. Dolores Shapiro seconded the motion. The motion carried, and the minutes
were approved as amended.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Items
a. Develop SOP&P for Subcommittee Reporting -
At 5:28 p.m., the A.C.E. Subcommittee reported that the group met on May 1, 2026. The committee
reviewed and developed a draft document utilizing the meeting notes form provided by Valerie.
Discussion topics and recommendations included:
• Evaluating bicycle rack designs to accommodate bicycles with larger tires.
• Exploring the installation of a digital clock at the South Capitol Rail Runner Station.
• Developing maps to casinos that include transit routes from all participating transit agencies.
• Reviewing opportunities for advertising and information sharing on transit informational
materials.
• Reviewing bus schedules and survey results, with members noting that current schedules
appear to be functioning well.
• Improving communication to riders regarding accidents, detours, and other service disruptions.
• Discussing the impacts of peak service periods and special events on passenger travel and
delivery times.
• Recommending that passengers scheduling appointments while using fixed-route transit allow
for adequate travel time and service variability.
• Exploring the development of a comprehensive regional visitor transit map and schedule that
would combine services from the City of Santa Fe, NCRTD, NMDOT Park and Ride, Rail Runner, and
other transit providers.
• Discussing the Lena Street cut-through as a potential future pathway option.
The Planning Subcommittee announced that Nathan, Colin, Carrie, and Asa-Luke will meet on 6/26/26
at 10:00 a.m.

6. Public Comment - At 6:11 p.m., Geri Salazar provided public comment announcing her retirement
and recognizing her more than 20 years of service with Transit. Committee members acknowledged
and thanked Ms. Salazar for her many years of dedicated service to the community and to Santa Fe
Transit.
7. Transit Updates

Director of Operations and Maintenance Andrew J. Baca presented an update on Transit Operations,
including recent staffing changes and the status of the Microtransit program. Mr. Baca provided a
detailed overview of current operations, program performance, and ongoing initiatives, and
responded to questions from committee members.
iv. PassioGo
Mr. Baca presented an update on the implementation and functionality of the PassioGo system,
including rider access, real-time information capabilities, and system enhancements. Committee
members discussed the platform and received answers to questions regarding its use and benefits.
v. Website
Mr. Baca provided an update on Transit website improvements, including efforts to enhance
accessibility, improve rider information, and streamline navigation for customers. Questions from
committee members were addressed during the presentation.
vi. Fare-Free Summer Sundays
Mr. Baca presented a comprehensive overview of the Free Fare Summer Sundays program,
including program objectives, implementation strategies, anticipated impacts, and public outreach
efforts. A detailed walkthrough of the program was provided, and Mr. Baca answered all questions
from committee members while offering additional insight into Transit operations and related
initiatives.

adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
