CALL TO ORDER:
Suzanne Poeschel called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss 2027 30th Anniversary Celebration in Namerikawa
A Zoom Meeting was held with Mr. Niwa, our JTB travel agent, and the Japan Sub
Committee to discuss the trip to Japan. Mr. Niwa reviewed the proposed itinerary and
suggested what days of the week would be the best for each activity planned. JTB travel
agent gave input to consider such as flight times and airline preferences that would best
coordinate with our itinerary. Ms. Weiler will follow up with our JTB travel agent to get
flight date and time options to propose to the committee and Schaumburg elected officials.
Ms. Weiler also suggested that we reach out to Mr. Fujibuchi, from Sugino, to see if any of
his staff would be interested in joining us.
