Call to Order Vice-Chair LaZella called meeting to order at 6:07pm II. Welcome and Roll Call The vice-chair took roll. David Falchek absent. Andrew LaZella, Teresa Grettano, Harry McKay, Alex Placke, and Attny Finnerty present. III. Approval of the Minutes of 17 September 2025 meeting. LaZella, confirmed the minutes were reviewed. LaZella moved to approve the minutes, seconded by McKay. A vote was taken and the motion passed. IV. Reports a. Solicitor’s Report- nothing new b. Gifts Subcommittee Reports- nothing new c. Finance Subcommittee Reports- approve solicitor invoice of $798.00- moved by Placke, seconded by McKay. A vote was taken and the motion passed. V. Public Participation No members of the public were present. VI. Adjournment McKay moved to adjourn at 6:18pm, Alex Placke seconded. A Vote was taken and the motion passed. tt
