HARB Regular Meeting May 8, 2025, 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers Approved Minutes 1. Roll Call: Present: Conrad Bosley, Katherine Kearney, Mike Muller, Solicitor: Attorney John Finnerty 2. Review of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes from the April meeting. Attorney Finnerty made some suggestions. Mr. Bosley made a motion, seconded by Ms. Kearney, to approve the minutes with the changes. (APPROVED 3-0) 3. New Business: A motion to approve of the application of the certificate of appropriateness at 108 N Washington Ave. Ms. Kearney made a motion to approve the application, seconded by Mr. Lesniak (APPROVED 3-0) A motion to approve of the certificate of appropriateness at 227 Lackawanna Ave. Mr. Bosley abstained from the vote as he has a financial interest in the project. Mr. Kearney made a motion to approve the application, seconded by Ms. Kearney (APPROVED 3-0) A motion to approve of the certificate of appropriateness at 130 N Washington Ave. Mr. Bosley made a motion to approve the application, seconded by Ms. Kearney (APPROVED 3-0) A motion to approve of the certificate of appropriateness at 300 Lackawanna Ave. Mr. Bosley made a motion to approve the application, seconded by Ms. Kearney (APPROVED 3-0) A motion to approve of the Solicitor invoice ($1805.00). Mr. Bosley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bosley, to approve the invoice. (APPROVED 3-0) 4. Adjournment: Mr. Bosley made a motion, seconded by Ms. Kearney, to adjourn the meeting at 5:57.
