CALL TO ORDER Present: Joe Enten, Gus Fahey, Jennifer Davis, Jonathan Bates Absent: Todd Pousley, Ryan Flannigan Staff Present: Donald King, Tom Reilly Jr. 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mr. Enten, seconded by Mr. Bates, made a motion to approve the minutes (APPROVED 4-0) 3. NEW BUISNESS a. Review of Preliminary Final Land Development Plan for the Townhomes & Laundromat for CKPA, LLC at 1012 Wheeler Ave, Scranton PA 18510 Mr. Enten made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bates, to accept the plans for review. APPROVED (4-0) b. Review of Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for the Davis St Apartments for Delray Properties LLC at 406 Davis St in the R-9. Mr. Bates made a motion, seconded by Mr. Enten, to accept the plans for review. APPROVED (4-0) 4. ADJOURNMENT
