A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of The City of Seattle met in the Council Chamber in
City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on April 6, 2015, pursuant to the
provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 2:01
p.m., with Council President Burgess presiding.
B. ROLL CALL

C. ADOPTION OF INTRODUCTION AND REFERRAL CALENDAR

Motion was made, duly seconded and carried, to adopt the
proposed Introduction & Referral Calendar (IRC) by the
following vote:

F. PRESENTATIONS
Councilmembers made a presentation to Councilmember Sally Clark
recognizing her work as a City Councilmember and her last official
meeting as a member of the City Council.
G. PUBLIC COMMENT
By unanimous consent, the Full Council Public Comment Rule was
suspended to allow two speakers to address the Council regarding the
Woodland Park Zoo.
Lisa Pecker addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item.
Laurie Stewart addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item.
Joe Quintana addressed the Council regarding Agenda item 8, Council
Bill No. 118311.
Mauri Shuler addressed the Council regarding Agenda item 8, Council
Bill No. 118311.
John Chaney addressed the Council regarding Agenda item 8, Council

CB 118364 AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited
claims and ordering the payment thereof.
Motion was made and duly seconded to pass Council Bill No. 118364.

action.
Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt Resolution No. 31574.
ACTION 1:
Motion was made by Councilmember Bagshaw, duly seconded and
carried, to amend Resolution No. 31574, Attachment A, by deleting
Clerk File No. 314320, Reappointment of Marika A. Cialdella as
member, Pike Place Market Historical Commission, for a term of
confirmation to December 1, 2018.
ACTION 2:
Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt Resolution No. 31574 as
amended.
The Motion carried and the Resolution (Res) was adopted as

and confirming certain prior acts.
The Committee recommends that Full Council pass as
amended the Council Bill (CB).
