CALL TO ORDER The City Council of The City of Seattle met in Special Session in the Council Chamber in City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on April 24, 2015, pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m., with Council President Burgess presiding. B. ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, Rasmussen, Sawant Late Arrival: 1 - O'Brien C. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Motion was made, duly seconded and carried, to adopt the proposed Agenda. Councilmember O'Brien entered the Council Chamber at 4:03 p.m. D. PRESENTATIONS The order of Council Position 9 candidate presentations was determined by a random selection and was selected as follows: 1. John Okamoto 2. Sheley Secrest 3. Jan Drago 4. Alec Stephens 5. Sharon Lee 6. Sharon Maeda 7. Noel Frame 8. David Moseley The Council heard three minute presentation from each candidate and asked questions of each candidate. Candidate presentations concluded at 6:50 p.m. By unanimous consent, the Council was in recess for ten minutes. At 7:00 p.m., the recess time expired and the Council was called back to order. Councilmember Licata entered the Council Chamber at 7:03 p.m. F.
