A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of The City of Seattle met in Special Session the
Council Chamber in City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on May 20, 2015,
pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called
to order at 1:32 p.m., with Council President Burgess presiding.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: 7 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, Okamoto,
Rasmussen
Late Arrival: 2 - O'Brien, Sawant
C. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Motion was made, duly seconded and carried, to adopt the Agenda.

1. Res 31586 A RESOLUTION relating to contracting indebtedness;
confirming, ratifying and approving certain terms of the
issuance and sale of The City of Seattle, Washington, Water
System Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds, 2015, for
the purposes set forth in Ordinance 124340 and in Ordinance
121939 (as amended by Ordinance 122837 and amended and
restated by Ordinance 124339); confirming, ratifying and
approving actions taken and to be taken to provide for the
refunding of certain outstanding bonds of the Water System of
the City; and confirming, ratifying and approving actions taken
and to be taken by the Director of Finance and other City
officials relating to the issuance and sale of the bonds to the
purchaser thereof.
Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt Resolution 31586.
By unanimous consent, the Council Rules were suspended to allow
Michael Van Dyck to address the Council.
Councilmember Rasmussen left the Council Chamber at 1:34 p.m.
Councilmembers O'Brien and Sawant entered the Council Chamber at
1:35 p.m.
Councilmember Rasmussen entered the Council Chamber at 1:37 p.m.
The Motion carried and the Resolution (Res) was adopted by
the following vote, and the President signed the Resolution:
In Favor: 9 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, O'Brien,
Okamoto, Rasmussen, Sawant
Opposed: None
E. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 1:41 p.m.
