CALL TO ORDER The City Council of The City of Seattle met in Special Session in the Council Chamber of City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on June 23, 2015, pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 1:32 p.m., with Council President Burgess presiding. B. ROLL CALL Present: 6 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, Okamoto Absent: 2 - Rasmussen, Sawant Late Arrival: 1 - O'Brien C. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Motion was made, duly seconded and carried, to adopt the Agenda. D. FULL COUNCIL REPORT/FINAL VOTE ON LEGISLATION 1. Res 31592 A RESOLUTION relating to contracting indebtedness; confirming, ratifying and approving certain terms of the issuance and sale of The City of Seattle, Washington, Municipal Light and Power Revenue Bonds, 2015A, for the purposes set forth in Ordinance 124633; and confirming, ratifying and approving action taken and to be taken by the Director of Finance and other City officials relating to the issuance and sale of the bonds to the purchaser thereof. By unanimous consent, the Council Rules were suspended to allow Michael Van Dyck to address the Council. Councilmember O'Brien entered the Council Chamber at 1:43 p.m. Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt Resolution 31592. The Motion carried, the Resolution (Res) was adopted by the following vote, and the President signed the Resolution: In Favor: 7 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, O'Brien, Okamoto Opposed: None Page 1 Full Council Meeting Minutes June 23, 2015 2. Res 31593 A RESOLUTION relating to contracting indebtedness; confirming, ratifying and approving certain terms of the issuance and sale of The City of Seattle, Washington, Municipal Light and Power Revenue Bonds, 2015B (SIFMA Index), for the purposes set forth in Ordinance 124633; and confirming, ratifying and approving action taken and to be taken by the Director of Finance and other City officials relating to the issuance and sale of the bonds to the underwriter thereof. Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt Resolution 31593. The Motion carried, the Resolution (RES) was adopted by the following vote, and the President signed the Resolution: In Favor: 7 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, O'Brien, Okamoto Opposed: None E.
