CALL TO ORDER The City Council of The City of Seattle met in the Council Chamber in City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on July 6, 2015, pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 2:02 p.m., with Council President Burgess presiding. B. ADOPTION OF INTRODUCTION AND REFERRAL CALENDAR IRC 22 July 6, 2015 Motion was made, duly seconded and carried, to adopt the proposed Introduction & Referral Calendar by the following vote: In Favor: 8 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, O'Brien, Rasmussen, Sawant Opposed: None D. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA The Journal of the Proceedings of the Seattle City Council meeting of June 29, 2015, was presented for approval. By unanimous consent, the Journal was approved and signed. PAYMENT OF BILLS CB 118431 AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims and ordering the payment thereof. Motion was made and duly seconded to pass Council Bill No. 118431. COMMITTEE REPORTS PLANNING, LAND USE, AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE 1. CB 118385 AN ORDINANCE relating to land use and zoning; amending Sections 23.41.004, 23.45.510, 23.45.512, 23.45.514, 23.45.518, 23.84A.014, and 23.86.002 of the Seattle Municipal Code to amend Lowrise Zone multi-family development standards and establish a new design review threshold for Lowrise 2 zones. The Committee recommends that Full Council pass as amended the Council Bill (CB). In Favor: 7 - O'Brien, Burgess, Licata, Okamoto, Rasmussen, Bagshaw, Godden Opposed: None The Council Bill (CB) was passed by the following vote and the President signed the Bill: In Favor: 8 - Bagshaw, Burgess, Godden, Harrell, Licata, O'Brien, Okamoto, Sawant Opposed: 1 - Rasmussen J.
