The meeting was called to order at 2:03 p.m., with Council President Harrell presiding. B. ADOPTION OF INTRODUCTION AND REFERRAL CALENDAR IRC 64 May 23, 2016 ACTION 1: Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt the proposed Introduction and Referral Calendar. ACTION 2: Motion was made by Councilmember O'Brien, duly seconded and carried, to amend the proposed Introduction and Referral Calendar by introducing Resolution 31668, and by referring it to the Full Council for adoption. Resolution 31668, A RESOLUTION relating to Sound Transit, providing recommendations to the Sound Transit Board as to the content of the proposed Sound Transit 3 (ST3) ballot measure to be submitted to the voters in November 2016. ACTION 3: Motion was made and duly seconded to adopt the proposed Introduction and Referral Calendar as amended. Motion was made and duly seconded to pass Council Bill 118682.
