CALL TO ORDER The City Council of The City of Seattle met in Special Session in the Council Chamber in City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on June 9, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 1:04 p.m., with Council President Harrell presiding. B. ROLL CALL Present: 6 - Bagshaw, Burgess, González , Harrell, Herbold, Juarez Excused: 3 - Johnson, O'Brien, Sawant C. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Motion was made, duly seconded and carried, to adopt the proposed Agenda. By unanimous consent, Council Rule XI.G, regarding recording of Council meetings, was suspended. D. MOCK EMERGENCY MEETING EXERCISE The Full Council participated in the 2016 Cascadia Rising Earthquake Exercise by holding a Mock Emergency Special Full Council meeting. The exercise concluded at 2:09 p.m. E.
