CALL TO ORDER The City Council of The City of Seattle met in the Council Chamber in City Hall in Seattle, Washington, on October 16, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m., with Council President Harrell presiding. B. Sahlberg addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item. Councilmember Juarez entered the Council Chamber at 2:07 p.m. Paul Nordsky addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item. H. PAYMENT OF BILLS CB 119096 AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims and ordering the payment thereof. Motion was made and duly seconded to pass Council Bill 119096. The Motion carried, the Council Bill was passed by the following vote, and the President signed the Bill: In Favor: 9 - Bagshaw, González , Harrell, Harris-Talley, Herbold, Johnson, Juarez, O'Brien, Sawant Opposed: None I. COMMITTEE REPORTS FULL COUNCIL 1. CF 314381 Corrected Clerk File title in the matter of the application of Martin Liebowitz to rezone approximately 10,918 square feet of a site located at 1106 34th Ave from Lowrise 2 multifamily residential (LR2) to Neighborhood Commercial 1 with a 30-foot height limit (NC1 30) (Project No. 3020405; Clerk File 314325; Council Bill 119091). Motion was made and duly seconded to approve and file Clerk File 314381.
