A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of The City of Seattle met in the Council Chamber in City
Hall in Seattle, Washington, on March 12, 2018, pursuant to the provisions
of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 2:03 p.m., with
Council President Harrell presiding.

Resolution 31803, A RESOLUTION affirming The City of Seattle's support
of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School students' demand for gun
reform in the wake of the February 14, 2018, Parkland, Florida, massacre
that resulted in the death of 17 children and teachers.

the Seattle Department of Transportation; revising allocations
and spending plans for certain projects in the 2018-2023 CIP; and
