The meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m., with Council President Harrell presiding. B. PAYMENT OF BILLS CB 119235 AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims and ordering the payment thereof. Motion was made and duly seconded to pass Council Bill 119235. CB 119231 AN ORDINANCE authorizing the General Manager/CEO of Seattle Public Utilities to execute contracts with Recology King County and Waste Management of Washington, for solid waste collection and transfer services; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts. The Committee recommends that Full Council pass the Council Bill (CB). CF 314386 Chief of Police Audit Report of select files obtained through the Police Department’s membership in the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit (LEIU) and the Western States Information Network (WSIN) maintained exclusive for confidential information; dated December 7, 2017, in accordance with Ordinance 108333 (Municipal Code 14.12). The Committee recommends that Full Council file the Clerk File (CF).
