A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of The City of Seattle met in the Council Chamber in City
Hall in Seattle, Washington, on December 17, 2018, pursuant to the
provisions of the City Charter. The meeting was called to order at 2:03
p.m., with Council President Harrell presiding.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: 7 - Bagshaw, González , Harrell, Herbold, Johnson, Juarez, O'Brien
Excused: 2 - Mosqueda, Sawant
By unanimous consent, Councilmember Juarez' December 17, 2018,
excused absence was rescinded.
Motion was made by Councilmember Harrell, duly seconded and carried,
to allow Councilmember Juarez to participate and vote at today’s City
Council meeting by phone.

1. CB 119430 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 125493, which amended the
2018 Budget (Ordinance 125475), including the 2018-2023 Capital
Improvement Program (CIP); changing appropriations to various
departments and budget control levels, and from various funds in
the Budget; adding new projects; revising project allocations for
certain projects in the 2018-2023 CIP; creating exempt positions;
lifting a proviso; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts;
all by a 3/4 vote of the City Council.

Public Utilities to accept specified grants, private funding, and
subsidized loans and to execute, deliver, and perform
corresponding agreements; and ratifying and confirming certain
prior acts.
The Committee recommends that City Council pass the Council

1. CB 119430 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 125493, which amended the
2018 Budget (Ordinance 125475), including the 2018-2023 Capital
Improvement Program (CIP); changing appropriations to various
departments and budget control levels, and from various funds in the
Budget; adding new projects; revising project allocations for certain
projects in the 2018-2023 CIP; creating exempt positions; lifting a
proviso; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts; all by a 3/4
vote of the City Council.
