The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m., with Council President Harrell presiding. B. PRESENTATIONS Councilmember Juarez entered the Council Chamber at 2:04 p.m. By unanimous consent, the Council Rules were suspended at 2:04 p.m., to allow Deputy Mayor Fong to deliver Mayor Durkan's 2019 State of the City Address to the Council. G. PUBLIC COMMENT Alex Tsimerman addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item. Melanie Estes addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item. Kayla North addressed the Council regarding a non-Agenda item. Scott Aldridge addressed the Council regarding Agenda item 8, Resolution 31863. H. PAYMENT OF BILLS Page 2 City Council Meeting Minutes February 19, 2019 CB 119459 AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims and ordering the payment thereof. Motion was made and duly seconded to pass Council Bill 119459. CB 119454 AN ORDINANCE relating to The City of Seattle’s Myrtle reservoir radio-transmitter facility; authorizing the Director of Finance and Administrative Services to execute a lease with King County for its use of part of the radio-transmitter facility for the new, regional Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network; declaring the part of the facility leased for King County’s use to be surplus to the City’s utility needs; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.
