NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:

documents will be posted on the City’s website at www.shafter.com.

prior to this public hearing.
1. Tentative Tract Map No. 7498: Planning Commission conduct a public hearing;
and adopt Resolution No. 26-486, a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the
City of Shafter recommending the City Council find that no further environmental
review is required pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 because the project
is within the scope of the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH
No. 2026020740), and none of the conditions requiring a subsequent or
supplemental environmental document have occurred, and approving Tentative
Tract No. 7498, as depicted in Exhibit “A” with Conditions of Approval as shown in
Exhibit “B”, to allow the residential subdivision of an approximate 40-acre site into
177 lots located to the southeast and southwest of the intersection of E Los
Angeles Avenue and S Mannel Avenue (APNs 028-290-03 and 028-290-04).

hearing; adopt a Notice of Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act; and adopt Resolution No. 26-487, a Resolution of the Planning
Commission of the City of Shafter, approving a one-year extension of time for
Temporary Land Use Permit No. 23-136 at 111 N. Central Valley Highway, City of
Shafter, California (APN 026-101-29). (Planning Director Esselman)
