STAFF REPORT – 8630 KEELER AVENUE
Staff Comments for 8630 Keeler Ave:
2021-072A 8630 Keeler Ave –Revised plans were submitted at 8:43 pm on Tuesday December 7,
2021. Typically revised plans are submitted no later than the Friday before the
meeting, so staff can review, comment and post the documents online. Staff will
defer to the Appearance Commission if this case should be heard.
Staff has no objections to the design of the proposed addition as long as the setback
approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals is met.
