Shah Trustees James H.Johnson Khem Khoeun Chair Evans called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and dispensed with roll call, as Ralph Klein Alison Pure Stovin all Commissioners were present. Commissioner Rottner made a motion, seconded Keith A. Robinson by Commissioner Potthast to approve the Minutes of the October 16, 2023 Regular Edie Sue Sutker Manager JohnT. Lockerby Meeting as written. Motion carried 5-0. Counsel Michael M. Lorge Discussion surrounding the possibility of utilizing multiple Polygraph examination vendors in order to timely process the candidate pool was tabled until the December Board meeting. Awards and Distinctions The 2024 BFPC Meeting Schedule was presented. Board Chair Evans American Public Works Association (APWA) Accreditation recommended all Commissioners review the schedule and recommend Commission on Fire Accreditation adjustments as necessary. Further discussion relative to the meeting schedule will International (CFAI) be addressed at the December 2023 meeting. Gold Level Clean Air Counts Community At 6:08 p.m., Commissioner Potthast, seconded by Vice Chair Levine, made a Government Finance Officers motion to move into Executive Session. Motion carried 5-0.
