Chair Evans called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and called the roll. Two

was a quorum present and Chair Evans proceeded with the meeting. Chair Evans
Manager John T. Lackerby made a grammatical correction to the December 18, 2023 regular meeting minutes.

Vice Chair Levine made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Potthastto approve
the Minutes of the December 18, 2023 Regular Meeting as amended. Motion
carried 3 -0.
Sample reports from potential polygraph examination vendors will be forwarded to

Commissioners for review and discussion at the next meeting.

At 6:06 p.m., Commissioner Potthast, seconded by Vice Chair Levine, made a
