Robin5on Edie Sue Sutker of the October 21, 2024, Regular Meeting. Motion carried 4-0. Manager JohnT.Lockerby Counsel Michael M. Large Fire Chief Jeffrey Hoeflich presented memoranda announcing the retirement of the following three Fire Lieutenants: Charles Demes, Michael Gierut, Stanley Goolish, and two Fire Fighters: Daniel Kalata and Hernando Zavala. The Board thanked the retirees for their many years of service and extended Awards and Distinctions congratulatory and well wishes to each one of them in their retirement. American Public Works Association (APWA) Accreditation The Board reviewed and approved the 2025 meeting schedule. Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFA1) Gold Level Clean Air Counts With no further business on the agenda, Commissioner Rottner made a Community motion, seconded by Vice Chair Levine to move into Executive Session. Government Finance Officers Association Budget Award Motion carried 4-0. The next regular Commission meeting is scheduled for Government Finance Officers Monday, December 16, 2024.
