12901 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015 Pledge of Allegiance led by Cub Scout Pack #85 from Middleton School. The Clerk called the Roll. Those present were Trustees Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, and Mayor Van Dusen. Trustee Gray-Keeler was not present. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda with the exception of #Item D on the Corporation Counsel’s report. Plan Commission Case 2006-2P – Modified Review: 3340 Oakton Street Motion to approve the request by the owner of Evanston Subaru at 3340 Oakton for an amendment to the Special Use permit Ordinance 06-4-Z-3425 through the modified review procedure to allow the construction of a car preparation facility and future expansion of the parking lot.
