Adoption of the FY2016 Budget, Water Rate, Food and Beverage Tax and Building Permit Fees. The General Fund for FY2016 equates to $55,405,770. There is an increase of 1.2% over the FY2015 Budget. All funds total $119,813,129. Recommendations include a water rate increase of 4.9%, a Food and Beverage Tax of 2% and a $1.50 increase in the Building permit fees. Ordinance 15-6-Z-4149 Motion to adopt an ordinance granting a special use permit to establish and operate an automotive repair facility at 3706 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois in an M2 Industry district (2015-13P).
