MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8
p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016
Pledge of Allegiance led by Village Clerk Pramod Shah.
The Clerk called the Roll. Those present were Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Klein, and Mayor Van
Dusen. Trustees Bromberg and Gray-Keeler were not present.
Motion to approve the Consent Agenda with removal of Item A on the Corporation’s Counsel
report.

Motion to concur with the Zoning Board of Appeals to deny the request to maintain a
driveway in a front yard based upon the Negative Findings of Fact.
Dolphin Shaoul and Anthony Yoseph, contractor from AA-Anthony’s Inc. answered
questions from the Board.

of the remaining portion of Long Avenue between Woods Drive and Golf Rd be approved
subject to all conditions.

ordinance amendment and to grant relief for the second requested ground sign facing Golf
Road subject to all conditions.

Mayor Van Dusen, Clerk Shah, Trustees Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, and Klein. Also present were
Manager Lockerby, Assistant Manager Wicha, Corporation Counsel Lorge and Economic
Coordinator Thompson. The meeting ended at 9:10 p.m.
