MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8
p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2017
Presentation of Colors by Skokie Fire and Police Departments Honor Guard.
The Clerk called the Roll. Those present were Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, Gray-
Keeler and Mayor Van Dusen.
Motion to approve the Consent Agenda.

School District 73.5 Gary Dolinko.

Seventh Annual Public Health Partners of Excellence Awards
Each year the Health Department and Board of Health award the “Public Health Partners
of Excellence Awards” to entities that have provided exceptional assistance to the Health
Department and Skokie community. This year’s award recipients are:
Asian Human Services Family Health Center and Turning Point Behavioral Health
Center.
Director of Health Dr. Counard and Skokie Board of Health Chair Dr. Drachler presented the
awards.
Executor Director Muhammad W. Paracha thanked the Commission, Mayor and Board .CEO
Ann Raney from Turning Point also thanked the Village Board and Commission.
