Awards Seventh Annual Public Health Partners of Excellence Awards Each year the Health Department and Board of Health award the “Public Health Partners of Excellence Awards” to entities that have provided exceptional assistance to the Health Department and Skokie community. This year’s award recipients are: Asian Human Services Family Health Center and Turning Point Behavioral Health Center. Director of Health Dr. Counard and Skokie Board of Health Chair Dr. Drachler presented the awards. Executor Director Muhammad W. Paracha thanked the Commission, Mayor and Board .CEO Ann Raney from Turning Point also thanked the Village Board and Commission. Report of the Village Manager. A. No Report.
