13262 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday March 18, 2019 Pledge of Allegiance led by Cub Scout Pack #968 from Skokie School District 68. Ordinance 19-3-Z-4447 Motion to adopt an ordinance granting a special use permit to allow religious assembly at 3451 Church Street, Skokie, Illinois, in a B1 Service Commercial district and relief from Chapter 118, Section 118-218(4), of the Skokie Village Code (2018-50P). Motion to concur with the recommendation of the Plan Commission for an Amendment to the Special Use Permit Approval Ordinance 12-3-Z-3888 through the Modified Review procedure to modify the Site Plan subject to all conditions. Plan Commission Case 2018-46P – Zoning Chapter Amendment: Parking for Religious Assembly Motion to concur with the recommendation of the Plan Commission that all religious assembly uses should be examined by the Plan Commission and a parking determination be made on a case-by-case basis following a parking study that analyzes the real parking demand for each use, similar to many other uses listed in the Zoning Chapter.
