13274 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday May 20, 2019 Pledge of Allegiance led by Cub Scout Pack 968. The Mayor called the meeting to order. The Clerk called the Roll. Those present were Roberts, Sutker, Ulrich, Bromberg, Klein, Gray- Keeler and Mayor Van Dusen. Motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Plan Commission Case 2019-09P – Zoning Map Amendment: 9726 Gross Point Road Motion to concur with the Plan Commission to approve the petitioner’s request to amend the zoning map to change the zoning district for 9726 Gross Point Road from H1 Hospital to R1 Single Family subject to all conditions. Plan Commission Case 2019-10P – Subdivision: 9726 and 9900 Gross Point Road Motion to concur with the Plan Commission that the petitioner’s request to resubdivide 2 lots into 1 lot in an R1 Single-Family zoning district be approved subject to all conditions. Plan Commission Case 2019-11P – Site Plan Approval: 9900 Gross Point Road Motion to concur with the Plan Commission that the petitioner’s request for site plan approval in order to expand a cemetery on a site that is 1 acre or greater in size in an R1 Single-Family zoning district be approved subject to all conditions. MOTION CARRIED Citizen comments William Luksha from Morton Grove spoke about proclaiming May 18-24 2019 as National Safe Boating Week and the start of the year-round effort to promote safe boating. He also spoke about Sea Scouts/Boy Scouts of America Adjournment. Also present were Manager Lockerby, Assistant Manager Wyatt, Corporation Counsel Lorge, Assistant Corporation Counsel McCarthy and Risk Manager Prottsman.
