13280 MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Skokie, Cook County, Illinois held in the Council Chambers at 5127 Oakton Street at 8 p.m. on Monday June 3, 2019 Pledge of Allegiance led by Village Clerk Pramod Shah. Resolution 6-R-1429 Motion to approve a Resolution authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with the County of Cook for improvements on Crawford Avenue between Oakton Street and Golf Road. David Lawlor and Annelene Pinkston 9439 Crawford spoke about safety and parking issues with the proposed improvements on Crawford Avenue. Resolution 6-R-1430 Motion to approve a Resolution authorizing a Local Agency agreement for Phase II Design Engineering services with Christopher B. Burke engineering for bicycle and pedestrian improvements at the Oakton and Dempster CTA stations. Omnibus vote. Ordinance 19-6-C-4463 Motion to adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 118, Article XI, Section 118-218, of the Skokie Village Code pertaining to parking determinations (2019-08P). An ordinance authorizing the establishment of Tax Increment Financing Act Interested Parties Registries and adopting registration rules for such registries.
