Meeting Called to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM. II. Approval of Minutes Jerry Kirkpatrick motioned to approve the minutes from October 9, 2024. George Mathew seconded. The motion passed. III. Old Business There was no old business. IV. New Business - 2024 Business of the Year Award Discussion took place leading to the final vote which named Sketchbook Brewing Co. the 2024 Business of the Year. This prestigious award recognizes the outstanding contributions and success of local businesses within our community. In addition to the winner, we are excited to acknowledge the following businesses as Honorable Mentions for their community impact: • Will’s Place • Kneads and Wants Artisan Bakery • Schaefer’s Wine and Spirits #621362 These businesses, along with Sketchbook Brewing Co., represent the best of what our local economy has to offer, and we celebrate their continued success. The Commission is thankful to all the nominees and to our community for supporting these exceptional businesses. V. Public Comment There was no public comment. VI. Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made at 7:05 PM and was passed unanimously.
