Plan Commission Meeting Minutes Date: April 4, 2013 Commissioner O’Donnell made a motion to approve the summary minutes of the March 21, 2013 meeting. Commissioner Laxpati seconded, and all commissioners voted aye. Case Description Informational Update The Plan Commission is requesting an update of past Plan Commission cases. This presentation is for informational purposes only and no specific cases are scheduled to be reviewed. Discussion and Interested Parties Legal Notice was properly advertised as prescribed by the Zoning Chapter. Pete Peyer, Director of the Community Development Department updated the Plan Commission with a power point presentation created by Steve Marciani, Planning Department Supervisor, of prior cases.
