LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Plan Commission, Thursday, May 1, 2014, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: NEW ACTION TAKEN 2014-8P – Zoning Chapter Amendment: Use Districts and General Requirements Continued to May 15, 2014 The Village of Skokie requests an amendment to the Zoning chapter of the Village Code to modify sections related to requirements for use districts and certain regulations that apply generally to zoning districts, including but not limited to zoning district names, minimum district area, the zoning map, annexed territory, accessory buildings, sight distance triangles, and landscaping.
