2014-15P – Site Plan Approval: 7919-7921 Lincoln Avenue
Anyur Aytes Karacan requests site plan approval for a 2 building planned
development to include a mixed-use building with a ground floor restaurant and an
upper-story residential unit, a detached garage, and outdoor dining and surface
parking in a CX Core Mixed-Use district, and any relief discovered during the review

4900 Madison, LLC, and 8260 Elmwood, LLC, request site plan approval for a 3-lot
planned development to include a mixed-use building with a daycare center for
children and an upper-story residential unit, a private playground, and a mixed-use
building containing ground floor commercial bathrooms and storage, ground floor
residential parking, and 10-units of multifamily residences, all in a TX district, and any

2014-13P – Special Use Permit: 8260 Elmwood and 4920 Madison Street
4900 Madison, LLC, and 8260 Elmwood, LLC, request to amend an existing special
use permit (2006-28P) to expand an existing daycare center for children at 8260
Elmwood and add parking, an outdoor playground, and bathroom and storage
facilities at 4920 Madison, all in a TX district, consistent with the proposed planned
development in case 2014-12P, and any relief discovered during the review of this
