PINs: 10-26-302-007-0000 and 10-26-302-011-0000 2019-33P – Zoning Map Amendment: 8031 Niles Avenue and 8030 Lamon Avenue Approved as The Village of Skokie requests to amend the zoning map to change the presented zoning district for the north 11.45’ of the east-west alley north of and 8-0-1 adjacent to 4930 Oakton Street from CX Core Mixed-Use to B6 Downtown Science and Technology. 2019-34P – Alley Vacation North of and Adjacent to 4930 Oakton Street Approved as Skokie ISTP, LLC, requests to vacate the east-west alley north of and amended by adjacent to 4930 Oakton Street. staff A map of the proposed alley to be vacated is available in the Planning 8-0-1 Division office. 2019-35P – Subdivision: 4900-4906 and 4930 Oakton Street Approved as Skokie ISTP, LLC, on behalf of E&M Skokie, LLC, requests a subdivision to presented reconfigure 3 existing lots into 2 new lots in a CX Core Mixed-Use zoning 8-0-1 district, and any relief that may be discovered during the review of this case. PINs: 10-21-415-024-0000, 10-21-415-025-0000, and 10-21-415-030-0000 2019-36P – Site Plan Approval: 4918-4934 Oakton Street, 8009 Niles Avenue, and 4933 Oakton Terrace Approved as presented Skokie ISTP, LLC, on behalf of E&M Skokie, LLC, requests site plan approval for a planned development in a CX Core Mixed-Use zoning district that 8-0-1 includes a mixed-use building that exceeds the district’s permitted base building height of 45’ and has an FAR above 2.5, plus relief from §118- 184(c)(4) to allow less than 50% of the first floor façade to abut the public sidewalk along a retail street, §118-184(c)(5) to allow less than the required 60% of the first floor linear frontage of total lot frontage along the public sidewalk to be devoted to permitted and special uses on retail streets, §118- 184(c)(9) to allow recessed entrances to be wider than one third of the entire frontage along a retail street, and any other relief that may be discovered during the review of this case.
