184(c)(4) to allow less than 50% of the first floor façade to abut the public
sidewalk along a retail street, §118-184(c)(5) to allow less than the required
60% of the first floor linear frontage of total lot frontage along the public
sidewalk to be devoted to permitted and special uses on retail streets, §118-
184(c)(9) to allow recessed entrances to be wider than one third of the entire
frontage along a retail street, and any other relief that may be discovered
during the review of this case.
