LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Skokie Zoning Board of Appeals, Wednesday, October 15, 2014, Village of Skokie, 5127 Oakton Street, Skokie, Illinois 60077, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the following: NEW ACTION TAKEN 2014-13Z – 8319 Keystone Avenue Case continued to Mr. & Mrs. Baum request a variance in order to maintain a 170 Dec. 3, 2014 square foot patio resulting in a 58.3% lot coverage by impermeable surfaces rather than the 50% maximum as required by Section 118-78(b) of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in an R2 Single-Family district. 2014-14Z – 3921-3925 Howard Street Approved with conditions Shrawan Shreatha and Sarita Shreatha request a variance in order 7-0-2 to open a speech therapy and rehabilitation services office (clinic / outpatient care center) at 3925 Howard St and provide 10 parking Covenant required spaces rather than the 12 minimum as required by Section 118-218 of the Zoning Chapter of the Skokie Village Code in a B1 Service Commercial district.
