Shrawan Shreatha and Sarita Shreatha request a variance in order

to open a speech therapy and rehabilitation services office (clinic /
outpatient care center) at 3925 Howard St and provide 10 parking
Covenant required
spaces rather than the 12 minimum as required by Section 118-218

Commercial district.
